  1. Thank you Riley and Julia for sharing about this. There appears to be a heightened awareness surrounding meditation and mindfulness right now. Whether as a listener or creator I agree that music inherently has healing qualities and hope this concept of music as meditation continues to grow. I appreciate you highlighting that one does not need to be an accomplished musician, but can simply be a participant in the experience.
