Steve Adams – TrisKoTronica and Duo with Scott Walton

TrisKoTronica is Steve Adams’s solo project of the music of Lennie Tristano and Lee Konitz, radically new versions of these jazz masterpieces realized on sax, bass flute and electronics. The recording of TrisKoTronica was recently released on Sensitive Skin.
The Steve Adams/Scott Walton Duo plays recent compositions by Steve that include electronics as an interactive third partner, adding to their rich sonorities and opening other dimensions in their improvisations. They’ll be playing recent pieces from the Imaginary Sciences series, including Ogonix and Operantics, Force Field of Oblivion and selections from the Black Notebook series.
