Mobius Trio: Prescription Drug Nation Fundraiser (6th Birthday Party)

April 2017 marks the premiere of Mobius Trio’s most ambitious project to date – Aaron Gervais’s evening-length work Prescription Drug Nation. This piece, which combines Mobius Trio (on classical, steel-string, and electric guitars) with the brilliant dancers of New York’s Here Now Dance, is a musical exploration of the effects and side effects of six prescription drugs whose presence make a serious impact on our society.
Putting up a complete evening of music and dance is a serious undertaking, so on December 10th, Mobius Trio, Aaron Gervais, and Here Now Dance invite you to hear the second half of PDN (Vicodin, Prozac, Viagra), enjoy amazing free food and drink, and help complete the fundraising for this enormous project.
The PDN team has worked hard to keep ticket prices as low as possible, despite the presence of finger food, chocolate, coffee, and booze from some of SF’s most amazing producers. Come have a drink, eat some delicious food, and help make Prescription Drug Nation happen in the best way possible.
OH, and December 10th 2016 also marks Mobius Trio’s 6th birthday as an ensemble, so you KNOW those guys will be wilding.
